So, my kitchen is hystericaly ORANGE!
Oregonians (or is it Orgunians?) can I get a show of hands? There are two of you that I’m aware of. Could there possibly be some more?
The dust is starting to clear, boxes are becoming empty, and I find myself alone (well, not really alone, because 4 & 6 are nearly always underfoot.) and sometimes after alone, comes lonely; which, more often than not equals not good. What’s my point? I need some human beings that share my interests, to come and get spun with me. My mother can’t pay you, but I have a studio space (abet, a bit rough [okay, really rough] at the moment) and I bake a mean chocolate chip cookie!
Any takers?

I was wondering what happened to the Pippi clan. Glad you are alive and well.

I’m not much help for you now, but I am planning on moving to Portland next year and would be happy to get spun with you.

J and I are coming to visit in August.
Until then….hmmmm. If you want to come across the pass I could take you to EWES. I even have a friend whom I’m sure would let you stay overnight.

P.S. Don’t make me direct you to my post of “How to talk like an Oregonian”.

Hi Pippi!
Funny, we WERE Oregonians before we moved to VERMONT. I was always hoping to get a chance to meet with you when we were in the same state, but I guess I lost my chance! Right now, we’re trying to find folks to share our land in southern Vermont. Well, I do hope you find joy in the West, m’dear.

Glad to hear the dust is settling and things to fondle are finding their way out of the boxes. Moving is hard, emotionally & physically! New England’s loss is the Pacific NW’s gain - hang in there! And keep on helping yourself to the wifi - its great to hear from you again!

I’m further north, but if you’re ever in Seattle… I understand the new ‘hood loneliness. It was hard when I first moved to Seattle, but slowly I settled in and now it’s home. I hope you find the same feelings in Oregon.

I am pretty close- just outside Seattle in Redmond, WA. Not next door, but a few doors down. I get the lonely and anyway I can help, lemme know. Moving is tough and I want you to know, I really get it.
And I know you have a 4 & 6 and I have 5 & 7. Just saying. Much love.

Are you in Oregon now? I’m in Eastern Washington! Specifically Spokane. I am looking for jobs in Portland so I can be closer to the Ocean, though.
