I admit, I’m having a torrid love affair.

(With my tee vee.)
This tee vee stuff is THE BEST. I can already feel my brain turning softer. We now get 3 different PBS stations, the documentary channel, ‘free speech tv’ and a host of other goodness, all of which I’m forgetting at the moment because of the aforementioned mush brain. It’s been well over 6 years, I suspect the novelty of it will take a while to wear off.
Don’t let me fool you tho, I have been busy. (Or at least a tad hectic, either or, the same amount & type of energy has been expended.)
You want proof? Well, I can’t show you proof.
But I can show you my newest most favorite things on the planet.
(and you will just have to stay tuned to see how I used them)

Aren’t they STUNNING!?!?
They were custom made for me by Sarina at Moving Mud.
I sent her a picture of the yarn I was using, and I kid you not, two or three days later the buttons were in my hands!
It is very exciting for me, as I’ve been trying to get glass blower friends of mine to make me buttons for eons now (dating back to when I was making clothes!). So, to stumble across someone who actually does buttons, and buttons of this caliber, well, it this girl’s dream come true.

Ahhh, what is that? My secret lover is calling me. Time to get a little (tv) before the kids wake up & chaos erupts.

Ah, the old TV as a time waster. Love it! Next up you’ll need Tivo so you can record programs that you just can’t miss. And you’re even watching it before the kids wake up, you must be hooked.

I LOOOVE the buttons. I have a thing for buttons but have never seen any so beautiful. Can’t wait to see the object they’re going to end up adorning.

These days I think of my time surfing the net as more of a brain musher than my time in front of the TV, but that’s just because I can knit in front of the TV and I can’t when I’m on the ‘puter.

I **LOVE** those buttons! I just bought yarn for a sweater from a local dyer. I gotta remember Moving Mudd when it’s button time.

I shouldn’t encourage you to procrastinate, but Episode 9 is live! :-)

Those buttons are so stunning! And, in case you wondered, I love my Tivo.
