That's a cool article. I love how everyone brings their own brain to their work. Or something like that.

The not being able to read your writing thing reminds me of something that happened when I was a kid. My mom copied down a fudge recipe from a cousin, only later when she went to make fudge from the recipe she couldn't read her writing. She thought she could -- she read "butter" as "water." The fudge didn't really turn out right. We used it as ice cream topping though. It worked for that.

I've been meaning to say something about the Knittyspin article. It is a great idea and very well done. I love that you started with the dyeing so it shows dyeing style differences AND spinning style differences. Good work!

That was a great article. I've got piles of roving to be dyed, just never got around to it. Thanks for the tip about agitating with the synthropol.

I've been sporting some lovely dyed hands lately. Bleach removes the colors fast, but I have some rash from a new latex allergy (hence the newly dyed hands) and bleach is owie on them. The moms have been very cool around me, the kids look at me like I'm an alien though. haha.

Thank you for all the birthin' happies. We love you all tons and tons too. xoxox
