i hope you like it and pick up a trick or two.

Congratulations on being a PUBLISHED spinner! And thanks for sharing - whenever I saw these coils, I would wonder, how DOES she do it?
Now the question is, what do I do with the coils? But as with art, not everything has to have purpose…

I just finished reading it! Well done! Of course, I think I’ll try mastering regular plying first…

I shall give it a shot, now, thank you! I was hoping someone would say how they made that stuff, although novelty yarns are not yet my thing. I think it’s because I haven’t tried them. But 100 yards of singles for ten yards of yarn seems, well, profligate. Spirals might be more my speed! Thanks for the article!

Heh, YOU are the master of all things coiled. There is no touching it. None. You are Goddess de Coils. Period. I admire and appreciate from afar. [Insert head down, bow, and walk away backwards…]

I’ve tried and tried, and although your tutoral makes perfect sense to me, I seem to have trouble with my core thread getting overtwisted…am I doing something wrong that’s really fundamental? I can do all sorts of plying, corewrapping, etc., but this is eluding me.
Thanks!
