sock it to me!
i’ve dyed some more of the lush superwash sock yarn up yesterday & the night before last.
i did some of my recent favorite colorways…
vox
and
natural mystic
i guess i’m gearing up for the dye o rama swap that my mama pal scout helped put together.
i hear that boogie dyed up 30 of these lush hanks of yarn this week! they are totally addictive, they take dye so nicely and are soft soft soft. (not to mention superwash.!)
time to get lunch on! hopefully the rain will let up at somepoint today!
i love dyeing yarn. it is instant gratification. and did you know that with superwash, if you don’t want to use an acid, you don’t have to, and then you can squish the color around more. where is this sock yarn from, if you don’t mind me asking…i missed the signup for the dyearama, if someone drops out or something, can i get in? i sure do dye a lot, i would be a good partner.

ooh! I love vox. It looks very springy and gardeny.
I ended up picking up some of the wool2dye4 sock yarn since it looks similar to the Louet but its about half the price. i need to find a shop around here that has Louet yarn so I can compare.
